Production Manager, Condé Nast Entertainment
Condé Nast Entertainment is looking for a Production Manager to join our dynamic, fast, creative environment. In this fast-paced environment, the Production Manager will act as a key player on the Production Management team that produces CNE’s digital editorial content. In this role you must be able to prioritize and know when to elevate concerns to ensure that support is going to the correct area of the business.
This is a mid-level role and a strong candidate will have experience in all production phases & management including shoots, voiceover, shoot, scripts, releases, purchase order, call sheets, production and post production scheduling, coordination of booking crews and equipment.
Requirements & Responsibilities
• A minimum of 3-5 years of Production experience
• College degree required
• Excellent organization skills, punctual and used to deadlines
• Work with 3-4 teams of producers on multiple Conde Nast brands.
• Provide administrative and internal process support to assigned production activities.
• Provide direction on production process and ensure all process is happening in a timely manner.
• Initiate with creative teams all necessary production requirements involving production management, business affairs, and accounting.
• Recognize deviation from accepted practices and confirm appropriate next steps.
• Track expenses and payroll for all productions.
• Book travel arrangements for all productions, as needed for freelance crew members.
• Coordinate with Stage Manager and Post Supervisor for all scheduling and booking needs.
• Serve as production management contact to coordinate shoots within CNE internal production process.
• Assist Production Manager when needed.
