Job Description
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE
As an Associate Producer, you will help our team on their next adventure. You will be responsible for the efficient management of the members of the development team. The incumbent will oversee the advancement of the work and the attainment of production objectives as well as ensure high levels of motivation and commitment from team members. The Associate Producer will report to his game Producer. Your daily adventure:
• You assist the production team with the day-to-day running of projects, as well as internal and external communication throughout the game development process, ensuring the highest quality product is delivered to the agreed schedule.
• You coordinate work on some of the project's key processes such as managing the outsourcing of art assets.
• You are responsible for delivering optimum balance among time, budget and quality for all assigned projects.
• You are responsible for each game’s product development cycle including concept, budget, pre-production, production, approval, quality assurance, code release, foreign translations and ports.
• You manage time efficiently by planning, task prioritization, resource coordination, risk assessment, and proactive problem solving.
• You review, comment on, and recommend approval of milestone submissions.
• You track the delivery of assets by external vendors.
• You assist in any other assignments as directed by Producer.
Qualifications

• At least 2 year of experience working in a project management role, with agile methodologies.
• At least 4 years working experience in Game Industry.
• Passion for creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences.
• Responsible, result-oriented, able to work under high pressure and to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Genuine interest in games, especially mobile gaming.
• Work without direct supervision.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and oral), additional languages a plus (Catalan, French).
• Work permit for Spain is a must (prior to applying for the position)
