We’re looking for a Channel Marketing Analyst to join Snap Inc! You’ll help craft email channel marketing messages and manage the creation, approvals, and execution of those messages to help small-to-medium business (SMB) clients understand how to use our ad products to achieve their business goals. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll be a part of the Marketing team in a highly collaborative role that helps the Marketing and Sales teams achieve both creative and financial goals.
What you’ll do:
• Develop materials to enhance clients’ understanding of Snap Inc. products to enhance email nurturing campaigns
• Drive the creation of email marketing assets for Snap Inc. SMB products and programs
• Manage creation, feedback, approval process and execution of email marketing assets including:
◦ Creative assets (images and HTML)
◦ Email copy
◦ Legal approvals
◦ Contact list segmentation
◦ Email staging and execution
• Create nurturing campaign drips and track and report results from campaigns and tests to optimize messaging and CTA for future campaigns
What we’re looking for:
• BA/BS in business, marketing, or related field of study
• 5+ years of work experience in email channel marketing, preferably in the SMB market
• Experience planning and executing B2B email drip campaigns to drive self-serve conversion and lead generation for the Inside Sales team
• Basic HTML knowledge preferred to be able to troubleshoot email templates and campaigns
• Solid project management skills
• Someone who can multitask and manage multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment
• Excellent communications skills – both written and oral and— with a good design aesthetic
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and changing priorities
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• A passion for Snapchat and marketing!
• Someone who’s up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
