The Bell Mobility team offers a full range of wireless products and services for residential and business customers, including the largest selection of superphones on the fastest and most advanced network technology.
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Automation and Digital Marketing to, as a part of the Bell Mobility Business Marketing group, define, implement, assess and optimize marketing automation campaigns. Preparing for the launch of marketing automation, the candidate will work closely with the Marketing Operations team, platform vendor and the acquisition marketing team to develop and execute marketing automation campaigns.
The candidate will also work collaboratively with the marketing communications group to develop a digital marketing plan and optimize our digital assets and programs. Ultimately this role will be responsible for the integration of marketing automation into our business and the digital marketing plan for the Business Mobility segment.
The chosen candidate will have the following experience:
• Launching, in partnership with the marketing operations team, a marketing automation platform, from BRD to platform selection and implementation
• Developing, implementing, testing and optimizing customer journeys and programs
• B2B digital marketing
• Working with Salesforce
• Working cross-functionally with marketing communications and sales teams to better understand our audience and drive greater audience engagement/acquisition
• Working with analytics software (Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, Omniture)
Success in the role will be defined by the candidate’s ability to:
• Optimize lead generation and conversion rates in our digital channels via marketing automation, defining objectives and KPIs based on understanding of benchmarks and trends
• Analyze insights to guide future digital and marketing automation campaigns
• Developing new and innovative digitally-driven customer journeys that deliver measurable value in every stage of the customer lifecycle
• Keep up to date with B2B developments and innovation in the digital space that will drive activations, up-sell and cross-sell
• Propose tests that will allow us to solve business problems
• Establish and share a new set of company best practices for marketing automation
• Provide reporting on all campaigns and utilize reporting to optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis
• Developing and executing a change management strategy across impacted teams
