Job Description
As part of the Worldwide ECommerce platform team, the EMEA Ecommerce Platform Back office Coordinator will participate to the management of the Ubisoft’s inhouse ECommerce solution.
Reporting to the ECommerce Live Operations Manager, he’ll be part of the core team working on improving processes and efficiency at a worldwide scale.
Direct sales represent a strategic axis for Ubisoft’s long term vision, with the Ecommerce Platform being at the center of the ecosystem. In order to achieve this goal, Ubisoft is looking for an organized and result driven candidate that will integrate our dynamic organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You main missions will be:
1. Coordinate products launches and products lifecycle management with our production and business teams to ensure in time the accuracy, quality, consistency of data in our inhouse Ecommerce solution that means :
• Product creation processes
• Product identifications and approve them according referentials
• Monitor and follow-up products meta data (images, translations)
• Upload and monitor online prices and prices matrix according to business requirements and guidelines
• Coordinate and monitor in games promotions according to business & production plannings
2. Participate in the constant improvement of our Ecommerce platform performance, reportings and BI dahsboards in collaboration with the Live Operations Manager and all internal departments that may be involved : payment services providers, ingame stores team, internal Ecommerce platform developers…
3. Monitor technical and non technical service KPIs through montly reportsin order to be guarant of the platform health and the positive evolution of our KPIs.
Qualifications
• 0-2 years experience managing a Product Catalog or Back Office System (PIM, ECommerce, Referentials, …)
• Any experience using SQL and online server is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Rigourous and very careful to details
• Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Curious, problem solving oriented and willing to think out of the box
