OVERVIEW
This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing, supporting marketing initiatives to drive growth, engagement, and retention for our subscription video businesses and special projects.
The Director will need to be both a data-driven and creative marketer with impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail. S/he must be a team player that can strategize and also roll up his/her sleeves to get into the details and execute flawlessly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage a team of 3-4 people focused on driving acquisition and retention through our device and content partnerships
• Develop and maintain a calendar of integrated, acquisition and engagement programs and promotions
• Work with Director of Acquisition and Director of Retention to execute marketing campaigns that drive member growth through device and content partnerships
• Build and optimize programs to increase subscriber growth and retention in partner channels
• Coordinate across the marketing and product teams to optimize acquisition and engagement flows, and to ensure consistency in marketing messaging and voice across all customer touch points
• Collaborate with tech and product teams to ensure successful execution of marketing plans and messaging
• Work with VP Marketing as well as the acquisition and retention teams on market research and voice of customer surveys to optimize messaging, identify market opportunities, and understand member needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5-7 years experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, preferably of an online service or product
• Experience working with entertainment & media is a bonus
• Thrives working with data-driven frameworks
• Excels working in an entrepreneurial environment
• Expert written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled project manager, capable of juggling multiple priorities at once
