Job Description
Reporting to the EMEA Digital Influence & Social Media Manager, your mission will be to be fully responsible for the owned media strategy of Ubisoft EMEA & linked brands on video social networks, such as Facebook & Twitter; but also image social networks such as Instagram. You will also bring support to a certain extent on YouTube activities, should it be tied to project operational follow-up at the European level.
Missions:
Managing owned media strategy of Ubisoft EMEA & linked brands, both centrally (EMEA HQ level) & locally (subsidiaries) on conversational (Facebook, Twitter) & image (Instagram, Snapchat) social networks.
• Responsible for owned media reach & engagement on Facebook & Twitter at the EMEA level: entrance-/exit-strategies on pages ecosystem to make it always more consistent, efficient & long term in regards to video communication strategy adopted by Ubisoft EMEA.
• Daily relationship management with Facebook, Twitter, IG & Snapchat HQ editorial & sales team.
• Coordinating EMEA subsidiaries & managing requests linked to local channel management & optimization, but also local linked content (metadata recommendation, playlist creation, annotations optimization…)
Technological & competitive survey, in order to increase video perceived quality, reach & engagement
Drafts & recommendations
• Competition audit in regards to social media owned & paid management & best practices.
• Critical thinking & synthesis of gathered data & info.
• Recommendation leading to strategic decision making for the operational marketing activity
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Public Relations.
Relevant experience
• A first personal or professional experience in social media marketing; ideally in a communication-agency.
• Extensive gaming experience with multiple gaming platforms and genres;
• Experience in social media marketing with digital asset creation (video, photo, podcasts, etc.) is a strong asset;
• Experience in marketing/ promotions, in running a fan site, in participating in an online gaming clan, guild or in a forum moderation experience are assets.

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management;
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (Twitch, but also Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc.);
