Job Title
Associate Program Analyst
The Troy based Associate Program Analyst works with the Program Strategists to:
-Create detailed development documentation and review targeted mail and email marketing campaigns built in IBM Campaign for service campaigns.
-Forecast counts for upcoming mail and email campaigns.
-Writes Quality Control documents for counts, list pulls and campaign history tracking.
-Processes consumer lists from third party vendors as needed for campaigns.
-Performs quality assurance of list pulls via reports; coordinates list transfers to production facilities.
-Create technical specifications for production facilities to direct merging data and creative.
-Quality assurance of creative output; documenting data or production issues, working with appropriate team members on corrective action in a timely fashion.
Essential Job Functions
50% -
Oversees timely and accurate preparation of campaigns. Ensures list segmentation is accurate and campaigns are executed correctly.
25%- Manages data movement and integration of data between multiple vendors and source systems.
25% - Provides QC assistance to team.
Minimum Qualifications: All must be met to be considered.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, MIS, Marketing or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
Experience:
• One to three years relevant experience in either a client or agency marketing program analytics area.
• Experience with marketing programs in the retail or packaged goods industry helpful.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Must possess quantitative and analytical skills.
• Must be proficient in MS Office, emphasis on Excel and Word. Must possess an understanding of relational database structures and the practice of large-scale consumer database marketing programs.
• Automotive industry CRM program experience desirable; emphasis on automotive parts and service a plus.
• Knowledge of relational database frameworks and SQL helpful.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; ability to shift focus based on priority shifts.
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete work assignments in an accurate and timely manner.
• Must be adaptable and flexible with the ability to shift focus on new priorities.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
• Must be team oriented with previous successful experience working in a team environment.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and able to provide error free products.
