Responsibilities
Define digital product strategy and evangelize the vision to stakeholders.
Identify market trends and opportunities in the digital space.
Drive product ideation, development, implementation and education.
Manage team of product specialists, designers, UX and data analysts.
Interface with departmental leads to which will be translated into scope and requirements documents for the development team
Collaborate with cross functional departments, executives and external partners to, gather requirements to manage and deliver all projects on time and within budget.
Collaborate with the Sales Teams to identify monetization opportunities as it relates to new products
Work with editorial and engineering leads to determine best practices and identify development roadblocks for specific deliverables
Identify milestones and assign detailed deliverables to relevant individuals/teams
Ensure that project schedules adhere to the product roadmap and advise senior leadership of potential conflicts
Quantitatively analyze results to drive product direction & strategy.
Identify potential new product opportunities or enhancements to existing products and present to internal/external stakeholders.
Creatively conceive and champion best practices for new and ongoing processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Candidate must have BA or BS and a minimum of 7 years of digital experience
Must have desktop, mobile web and mobile app product experience
Must be proficient with MS Office software (Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook)
