Administrative Assistant - Daytime Programming

DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities include:
• Administrative Assistant duties for the Daytime Programming Department
• Answer phones, rolling calls, manage calendar
• Coordinate meetings and conference calls
• Keep up to date record of contacts
• Coordinate travel including flights, hotel, transportation…etc.
• Collect all business receipts and compose expense reports
• Compile, maintain, and submit time sheets for the department
• Compile monthly senior status report
• Maintain daily ratings reports
• Maintain development report and create weekly updates for department
• Maintain pitch log
• Create and update production binders
• Maintain script files and DVDs for all shows
• Maintain filing and archive materials
• Handle fans questions and comments directed towards executives
• Talent relations- gifts for baby, anniversary, etc.
• Plan staff events
• Photocopying, faxing, and scanning
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 4 years of previous industry experience
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle administrative duties
• Great oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
