Join our team to help us build a world class sales productivity operation that will help our teams become the most knowledgeable, skilled and productive team in the industry.
We are looking for a professional coordinator to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the following:
• Sales and Ops learning and productivity initiatives around Mobile, Data and Video
• Integration of new acquisitions through product training
Responsibilities:
• Assist with developing and executing training programs by providing logistical support for training events
• Market available training opportunities to employees
• Prepare training aids and materials
• Support feedback process and run the feedback system
• Manage our Learning Management System (LMS) for accurate participant registration data
• Act as first line of negotiation with facilities and vendors (hotels, catering companies, etc.)
• Actively contribute to initiatives and projects led by the Sales Productivity team
• Assist with the management of the training budget, including monitoring and mitigating costs and reconciling program costs against budget
• Interact regularly with staff and management at most levels
Qualifications:
• Comfortable with coordinating multiple training events
• Strong interpersonal, communication, project management, organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage and analyze data and produce reports
• Flexible work style to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and manage changes
• Ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team
• MS Office proficiency
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of one year work experience preferred
• Travel within EMEA may be required
