Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships and strategy with all assigned digital partners, including iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, and Pandora
• Cultivate, manage, and leverage relationship with streaming services to maximize revenue
• Initiate and execute timely digital revenue-generating opportunities for PLG artists; manage pricing, product, and promotional campaigns across the digital business
• Work with production team to ensure releases are timely and complete
• Help determine pricing, configuration, and best practices around digital releases
• Create and distribute new release forecasts and schedules for all digital releases
• Evaluate partner solicitations and submit for appropriate marketing opportunities
• Perform market research and campaign analysis on an as-needed basis
• Interact with strategic digital partners (both Christian and mainstream) and present new releases
• Communicate regularly the status of artist campaigns, new initiatives, and other partner activity
• Attend applicable industry events (e.g. KLOVE Fan Awards, Dove Awards, Music Biz, Tours)
• Present and educate label staff and artist managers on sales activities, marketplace changes, and competitor data.
• Look for nontraditional outlets for PLG content (e.g. backing tracks, greeting cards)
• Develop on-going strategic catalog promotions
• Develop relationships between PLG roster and key partners (e.g. events, showcases, original content, meals)
• Monitor competitive landscape for key insights to develop best practices
• Participate in label meetings when necessary
