Job Purpose:
The NBCUniversal National Ad Sales organization is responsible for $8 Billion of National Ad Sales revenue across all of the NBCU Broadcast & Cable Television, and Digital properties such as Network Entertainment, News, NBC Sports, Cable Entertainment and Telemundo. A significant portion of the sales account executives and leadership’s total compensation is incentive based and tied to the properties revenue performance against targets and is administered and operated by the Ad Sales Finance group. The Senior Analyst role is responsible for conducting data analysis related to the design, delivery and ongoing administration of the sales incentive program. This role reports directly to the Director, Finance-Ad Sales Incentive Compensation
Essential Responsibilities:
Sales Incentive Plan Administration – Partner with Sales, HR, Finance, Pricing/Planning & Sales Management Systems teams to assist in the quarterly/annual target setting process and audit targets to establish alignment with the Pricing/Planning groups across all TV & Digital properties
Ensure that the flow of revenue data from the several sales systems to the Incentive compensation administration system is accurate for proper quarterly incentive calculation; Lead administrator of the sales incentive plan system.
Senior Leadership Reporting – Prepare analysis and details summarizing the quarterly/annual sales incentive results for review by Senior Sales, Finance and HR executives.
Communication – Assist with the preparation of incentive compensation related communication materials; Provide explanation of the sales incentive compensation program to employees as needed.
Ad Hoc projects – Regularly provide analysis to assess the effectiveness and quality of the sales compensation incentive program
Researching incentive compensation issues & disputes, and provide analysis to facilitate resolution
Additional reporting when requested.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2+ years of Experience in Finance of a business analytics related field.

Experience in the compensation field a Plus
Executive presence & “edge” when interacting with senior leadership
