We have an opening for an experienced, innovative, strategic Digital and Website Marketing Analystin our NYC office. Does this sound like you?
Reporting to the Director, eCommerce & Digital, the Digital and Website Marketing Analystis a data-driven marketer who will focus on optimizing the performance of our digital advertising and website experience. Your primary emphasis will be to apply marketing tools and methods such as personalization, A/B testing, UX testing and analytics to accelerate sales and lead generation. You are eager to challenge marketing hypotheses through rapid and continuous experimentation. You are also thoughtful about the customer journey and leveraging research to inform project tactics.
Critical Functions:
• Work with Marketing Research to conduct usability testing and research studies of MHHE.com.
• Partner with our Digital Marketing and Website Production teams to implement and measure the results of A/B testing and personalization projects.
• Work with the Marketing Communications team to develop creative assets that will support A/B testing and personalization projects.
• Help shape the MHHE.com feature roadmap by identifying enhancements supported with data.
• As needed, support the eCommerce team with user acceptance testing prior to each website release.
• Analyze website performance and provide regular reporting/insights to the senior leadership team around visitor behavior and conversion optimization.
• Attend and contribute to the following key sales and marketing meetings: Central Marketing Monthly Meetings, eCommerce quarterly roadmap reviews and National Sales Meetings.
• Stay up-to-date with UX trends to keep us ahead, including updates to mobile and responsive design.
A successful candidate will have:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three plus years total work experience with two plus years of experience in a digital marketing role.
• Experience with implementing A/B and multivariate tests.
• Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe SiteCatalyst.
• Experience with website user testing tools such as UserZoom, UserTesting.com or Validately.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong collaborator and communicator – it is essential for this individual to be able to work with diverse departments across MHE and educate various stakeholders and the contribution their work is having on the company’s overall business objectives.
