Trainee, Media and Talent Relations
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring all press coverage on SPT series and send out companywide press reports
• Updating press materials and documents pertaining to each show
• Monitoring show budgets
• Processing invoices
• Coordinating press mailers
• Working with Creative Services to obtain photos, video clips and artwork
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Managing calendars and coordinating all meetings
• Copying, filing, organization of paperwork, expense reports
• Coordinating extensive travel arrangements along with visas
• Fielding phone calls and directing to appropriate contacts
• Keeping track of necessary office supplies and ordering updates
• Assisting with presentations/agendas, various projects as they arise
• Working on Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, EAGL, SAP
Skill In:
• Must possess exceptional organizational and follow through skills
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize with attention to detail
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate professionalism, diplomacy and discretion when dealing with co-workers, executives etc.
• Must possess excellent written & oral communication skills with ability to handle executives/upper management
• Strong computer skills
Ability To:
• Independently problem solve
• Be a self-starter with a team player attitude
• Ability to work in fast paced environments with shifting priorities
• Demonstrate common sense, discretion and attention to detail
• Professional attitude and highly motivated individual
