As part of the Pearson Apprenticeship Programme we’re looking to recruit seven people to work in marketing, customer service, student experience, data analysis and administration roles across the organisation.
As a degree apprentice you’ll be paid an annual salary, work on a range of projects, study a BA (Hons) Business Management degree at Pearson Business School and have your tuition fees paid in full. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to get into the world of work, earn money and gain a degree!
You’ll work four days a week in your chosen role and study one day per week at Pearson Business School. We’re looking for bright, enthusiastic and driven candidates who can contribute to the success of Pearson. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and all eligible applicants will be invited to attend a selection workshop at Pearson Business School.

Qualifications
• Resident in the UK
• Eligible to study in the UK for the full three year programme
• If non-UK educated, must have 6.5 IELTS (with a minimum of 6.0 in Reading and Writing and 5.5 in Speaking and Listening) or equivalent
• GCSE English and Maths Grade C – (if you do not have these grades then you are able to undertake the BKSB test for entrance onto the programme, and then undertake GCSE English and Maths whilst on the programme).
Disqualifying criteria
Applicants cannot already have a management degree qualification.
