Summary
Responsible for providing support for the Human Resources functional groups. Will provide administrative support in all capacities such as coordinating paperwork with new hire practices, recruitment, maintain files, records and databases in line with company policies and governmental regulations. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Coordinates and tracks all related documents and ensures compliance.
Core Responsibilities
• Creating electronic file folders and filing PERC paperwork including updating the Cover Sheet Checklist
◦ Add Termination Letters and move files to Term Folder
• Follow-up on missing PERC cards (200+): Retrieve the PERC card from the IDFPR e-license site and add them to their electronic PERC file
◦ Once we have their PERC card saved, Create ID Badges for employees and send them out to their managers
• Follow-up on missing paper I-9s
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Other duties as assigned
Education Level
Some college.
Experience
Generally requires 0-2 year’s related experience.
