A little bit about our team:
The Digital & Revenue Development works closely with our digital accounts to maximize our business in the subscription streaming category as well as offering support to the marketing initiatives from our labels and artists roster. You will work with the Spotify account management team to streamline communication and find opportunities for WMG/ADA content.

We work closely with multiple departments and labels to creatively execute new initiatives to grow our business and push our team and our account to engage fans around the world. This role will play a crucial role in educating labels and accounts on key metrics and marketing to grow our business, and the music is damn good too!
Here you’ll get to:
• Spotify Account Management Team Reporting/Support
• Create and track Topsify playlist programs, pre-save campaigns, & contests. Collect details, assets, compile and report, etc. for analysis requests and assist.
• Liaise the artist profile process and all requests to expedite image uploads, password resets, verifications, bio updates etc.
• Create playlist reports measuring key save/skip rates.
• Support playlisting strategy implementation across all WMG and ADA labels.
• Support ad campaign tracking and performance analysis.
• Document social stats for both WMG artists and Playlist stats to department and labels.
• Social Post Requests solicitation to labels. Collect posts and update document.
• Create and distribute placement reports for label’s priority releases.
• Daily playlist tracking on priority tracks for real time feedback to team and labels.
• Contribute feedback to weekly reporting on new releases, developing artists, account activity, marketing efforts, competitive issues and catalog promotions.

It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• Knowledge across general music genres
• Knowledge on social media outlets
• An understanding of digital streaming music services
• Ability to take direction and execute specific outlined initiatives.
• Ability to work under pressure, communicates effectively, and meets deadlines.
• A strong working knowledge of ad-supported services & business models.
• Range of digital sales, marketing, and merchandising experience to be determined by specific territory needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Minimum of 3 years Music Sales and/or Marketing or equivalent digital retail experience.
