Summary
GO2 is looking for an enthusiastic user experience designer to join its Product team. The UX Designer will be responsible for designing and prototyping products in collaboration with all development teams.
The candidate will be highly informed and aware of the latest trends in web application design. He will work with various internal teams to help specify and design enhancements to the current products.
Responsibilities:
• Pilot in user-groups and user-testing for all products.
• Provide UX deliverables such as competitive analysis, user research, user journeys, wireframes, sitemaps and design reviews.
• Implement method to measure UX performance (KPIs).
• Work with development teams to validate implementation.
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation on the UX guidelines.
• Gather feedback from end-users and integrators.
• Promote best practices in the user experience field.
• Offer consulting services regarding UI design, ergonomics and graphics design.
• Lead the design and prototype of new concepts for future GO2 products.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Ability to see the “big picture” and can both write and fight for innovative concepts.
• Ability to produce multiple concepts and prototypes, knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.
• Have a strong portfolio of completed projects that show sensitivity to user experience, interaction and aesthetics.
• Diploma in Software ergonomics, Human-Computer Interaction, or related discipline.
• You have 3+ years of interaction design experience pertaining to consumer applications.
• Bilingualism (French and English).
