Responsibilities
The Production Coordinator for the Original Productions department will provide support for Original Productions and Instruction. Support will include maintaining department schedules, shoot and post production documentation, processing department paperwork including invoicing, payroll, expense reconciliation, overall logistics, department coordination and department administrative support as assigned.
Job Duties
Work with Production Managers and Producers on show planning and budget forecasts.
Coordinate crew/production personnel, shoot schedules, air travel, rental cars, hotel accommodations and distribute production memos.
Liaise with shoot locations to confirm logistics including catering, crew parking, golf cart, security lists and various logistical needs.
Process department paperwork including new vendor and payroll set-up, invoicing, and corporate card expenses.
Maintain department budget spreadsheets as they relate to certain shows including forecasting, monthly accounting and accruals.
Provide on-site coordination or assistance when needed.
Maintain and distribution a weekly calendar update on News, OP, Instruction and Promo shoots.
Create and maintain various department reports
Organize and schedule meetings for VP and department managers
Serve as the records retention clerk for the department
Various office administrative tasks
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
2 years production experience.
