Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager - Canada, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be acting as the main point of contact for Talent Acquisition Advisors, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and several other business partners to achieve our overall Talent Acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule candidate interviews, including travel arrangements and expense reports
• Manage offer packages, including employment contracts and new hire forms
• Coordinate offer acceptance and new hire communications
• Ensure that HR teams have all necessary items for onboarding
• Manage the hire transaction process between Taleo and Workday
• Partner with hiring teams and recruiters to ensure positive candidate experience
• Act as main point of contact for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process

Minimum Requirements:
• 1-3 years of prof. experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or HR Coordinator role
• BA, BS or equivalent degree
• Experience scheduling complex meetings with multiple attendees
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clarity and precision, in both English and French
• Proven organization skills – ability to multi-task, be proactive and meet deadlines
• Proven and sound problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to build and foster strong relationships
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
• Always looking to improve customer experiences
• Always flexible
• Sense of humor, because sometimes situations don’t go exactly as we plan
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; current or previous professional experience working with Taleo and Workday is a definitive asset
• Tech savvy
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
