Responsibilities
Reporting to the two SVP, Client Partnerships; the Client Partnership Director will be part of a team that cultivates the deepest knowledge of client business and positions NBCU assets to drive revenue across the portfolio. The position will support the day-to-day activities and partnership between the Client Partnerships, Sales, Research, Data, and Marketing teams to drive revenue and grow our clients’ businesses.
• Lead strategic presentation development of customized multi-element partnership programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal success
• Be able to clearly tell the NBCUniversal story and communicate the unique value proposition of customized concepts to ultimately drive revenue across the portfolio
• Support the VPs in driving internal client strategy and advocating across the portfolio
• Identify and define areas for growth including potential revenue/market share gains on existing accounts and work with sales to capitalize on those opportunities
• Collaborate with teams across the portfolio to proactively identify targeted opportunities that strategically align with client objectives
• Create client awareness of the breadth of Comcast/NBCU platforms, assets and how they can drive business impact for client’s branding and campaign goals
• Develop brand solutions that align with network/portfolio revenue goals
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients and agencies—managing communication at all levels, inclusive of:
◦ Communicating daily with internal and external departments (Sales, Marketing, Programming, Finance, Legal, Business Affairs, Traffic, PR, Corporate Events, Comcast partners) on behalf of client
◦ Coordinating meetings and managing attendee lists
◦ Distributing updates and directional feedback from client to the NBCU network
◦ Streamlining questions and client responses
• Partner with teams overseeing project execution to ensure client vision is fulfilled
• Manage and mentor assigned Managers and/or Coordinators
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 7 years sales/clients solutions experience or agency planning/strategy
• Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience

• Prior experience across key verticals such as Technology, Wireless, Automotive, Retail, CPG, QSR, Finance, or Pharmaceuticals
• Act proactively to anticipate and deliver on sales requests and client need
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of the digital marketplace
• Ability to solve problems and work proactively
• Strong organizational skills
