The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for Cross Industry Marketing program such as Global Field Promotion, Retention marketing, defined Cross industry projects & Channel marketing in Korea.
In Cross Industry Marketing program, she/he will be working closely with Korea field marketing team & channel partners, APAC Global Field Promotions & Retention team. She/he will deliver direct to customer marketing overseeing contact strategy development, target/audience segmentation and campaign measurement. Her/his regional knowledge and relationship with relevant Korea sales organization will be leveraged to shape asset development and to deliver relevant and compelling customer centric messaging. She/he will drive innovation through testing of marketing content and vehicles to drive desired customer behavior.
In Channel Marketing, she/he supports and contributes in the development and management of our Channel Partners to maximize the impact of marketing campaigns. Impacts sales results by co-coordinating and executing marketing and product launch activities among others. Responsible for driving alignment and amplification of Autodesk’s marketing within the assigned partners.
This position requires a full understanding of how to apply Autodesk’s marketing strategies effectively along with our channel partners to drive exceptional business growth in Korea.
In addition to above, there will be the requirement for the candidate to be able to extract, analyze and critically assess areas for investment and divestment across the business and campaign activities. Critical thinking skills will be highly regarded, as will an ability to work cross functionally across APAC, in a matrix environment. We are seeking a ‘modern marketer’ who understands digital, social, and inbound and the importance of leveraging a traditional channel and e-commerce environment.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
CAMPAIGN PLANNING AND EXECUTION:
• Collaborate with local Korea Marketing & Sales team on campaign planning and identifying target segments
• Develop and implement Korea annual and quarterly go-to-market execution plan
• Identify and manage opportunities at all stages of the sales funnel
CAMPAIGN SET UP AND MEASUREMENT:
• Develop and execute against campaign segmentation, contact strategy and schedule
• Work with appropriate vendors to support campaigns
• Set up campaign performance tracking
• Manage campaign budget and vendor relationships
• Manage local agencies as needed
• Deliver post-campaign analysis and reporting
• Pro-actively adjust campaign tactics to optimize campaign performance
CHANNEL MARKETING:
• Establish trusted advisor status with our partners by demonstrating a strong understanding of the partners business through coaching and
effective marketing leadership
• Drive alignment between Autodesk and partner marketing to ensure amplification of Autodesk’s messaging
• Develop strong relationships with partner managers and strategic internal teams to maximize partner support
• Actively support partner marketing planning process including quarterly and annual marketing plans
• Effectively manage partner MDF program including all phases from submission to roi tracking
• Create and manage effective partner one to one and broad based communications from inception to actual execution
• Increase partner marketing capability through consistent marketing training
• Support Autodesk marketing compliance through our partners to increase alignment
Requirements:
• 7+ Field Marketing experience in a high technology business: software experience is a plus
• Experience with executing demand generation campaigns
• Knowledge and experience in digital marketing and e-commerce highly valued
• Knowledge and experience in channel ecosystem and channel marketing
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with budget management
• Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills both Korean & English
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• BA/BS degree, in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing.
