FE Sales Support

Key Role Specification
Manage all aspects of support for the FE field based teams as directed by line manager which will include:
• Be responsible for late Fees and Appeals
• Liaising with Approval’s and ensuring process is followed
• Ordering equipment for new starters
• Setting up Broadband and Telephone lines for new starters
• Coordination of the company car scheme – processing new orders, liaison with Pearson Fleet Team
• FE Training and network events
• Ordering and maintaining collateral for events/exhibitions
• Ordering business cards
• Training new staff on Pearson systems e.g. Google Drive/Neo (Social Media)
• Ad Hoc printing/admin requests
• Organisation of FE Team Meetings/residentials
• Support on tenders e.g. Sector Training
• Neo Support (Social Media)
• FE Monthly Reports – Ownership and upload onto Neo
• Booking staff onto external events & arranging payment
• Coding invoices
• Produce and update a FE admin guide so field staff are clear who is responsible for which admin tasks
• Booking rooms in London - 190, London - Strand, Harlow, Oxford and Manchester for Team meetings, 121’s as requested
• Finding digital solutions to assist sales teams
• Oversee ALDS (Digital product) allowing the sales team to understand how it works
Key Customers & Stakeholders:
General FE Colleges (GFEs), Private Colleges, 6th Form Colleges, Adult Education Centres, UTCs, HEIs
Qualifications
Extensive administration experience
Good Digital understanding to find solutions to assist the sales team
Good understanding of the web and social media
Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft office
An interest and willingness to learn new Pearson Systems
A flexible approach, understanding of and desire to meet deadlines
Educated to at least Level 3 Standard
