Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a Consumer Products Coordinator to support our consumer products team Asia. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with outstanding communication abilities and interest in merchandise/ecommerce product development and brand management.
Responsibilities
•Consumer products coordination
•Monitor product submissions for assigned product partners within agreed timeframes
•Assist in preparation of business reviews and presentations
•Assist in tracking, organizing, and delivery of assets to licensees and manufacturing partners
•Process and maintain product samples, distribution, and archive samples
•Follow up with external vendors/manufacturers to ensure the accuracy of product compliance to facilitate import/export requirements
•Manage website photos, product descriptions and content to ensure the site is on purpose
•Manage external vendors as applicable to support business goals
Finance/Legal
•Request and manage process for miscellaneous contracts, including professional services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, content use licenses, and more
•Perform document scanning, contract file updating, and database maintenance
Other
•Communicate status updates with Manager on a weekly basis
•Ship and track packages
•Administer weekly conference calls and record notes/action items
•Handle other duties and special projects as assigned
Research
•Perform ad hoc research in identified growth areas including but not limited to industries and companies
Requirements
•Interest in product-management and project-development
•Ability to work and thrive in a globally oriented environment
•Ability to work well in a team environment with various internal organizations (such as creative development, marketing, legal, accounting, and international Blizzard teams)
•Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet deadlines timely
•Great communication and presentation skills
•Strong organizational and analytical skills
•1-2 years related ecommerce/website management in a consumer focused business
•Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
