Telemundo Station Group, part of the NBCUniversal Owned Television Stations division of NBCUniversal, is comprised of 17 local television stations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Responsibilities
ORDERS, MAKEGOODS, REVISIONS, CANCELLATIONS
ORDERS - First priority to get all new orders checked for rates, ratings, shares and correct inventory codes.
Orders – Input into the system as soon as all of the above is correct.
Responsible looking at inventory, rates and ratings/work with manager to offer make-goods
Once make-goods are accepted make sure that they are in the system.
Once orders or revisions are reviewed & correct, orders must be filed daily
SPOT TIMES
Fax and or e-mail spot times daily to client by COB (per client request)
WEEKLY POSTS
Per NSM direction, orders should be posted using latest post system in place.
REPORTS
Assist NSM in creation of media kits, i.e. program schedule, coverage maps, market presentations
LIASON BETWEEN TRAFFIC AND CLIENT/AGENCY
Find out status of pending traffic instructions and/or tape from traffic department & communicate with NSM
COMMUNICATION
Review pending work with NSM
Misc.
Follow up on national advertiser payments.
CREATIVE DISTRIBUTION
Work with Traffic on receiving creative from national accounts and writing up traffic instructions
ACCESO, BB, COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION & PROMOTIONAL SPOTS
Liaison between NSM, creative services and promotions
