Job Description

AOL Networks is seeking an Intern to join our Client Services Advertising Operations Team! The primary purpose of this position is to configure and launch online advertising campaigns and provide support to the sales organization.The incumbent will provide technical expertise and maximize campaign delivery/revenue through daily campaign management and consistent collaboration with internal and external customers.The Intern will report to a member of the Advertising Operations team.
What you'll be up to:
• Support of pre and post sales workflow to support internal account teams; including but not limited to:
◦ gathering and communicating ad spec templates
◦ collection of assets
◦ general media QA
• Assist in collecting and facilitating any necessary information for campaign launch.
• Confirm with Account teams that campaigns are showing delivery in first party/third party reporting.
Qualifications:
•Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills and abilities
•Strong communication skills are essential
•Solid knowledge of Google docs, MS Excel, Word and Power Point
•Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
•Ability to work effectively as part of a team
•Ability to learn and take a proactive approach within a supportive role
•Some technical knowledge preferred
