Job Summary:
The Manager Digital Strategist is a digital-savvy communications professional with experience designing and executing consumer experiences for brands in a channel agnostic world. A passionate and effective communicator, the Digital Brand Strategist conveys the evolution of the consumer experience and develops strategic marketing platforms that align with our clients overall business objectives through creative insight and direction, and makes actionable recommendations that inform marketing strategic direction.
Responsibilities:
• Client Immersion: intimately understand (through primary and secondary research) our clients’ businesses.
• Develop innovative experience interactions specific to client challenges/objectives.
• Lead and conduct quantitative and qualitative behavioral research projects.
• Possess an understanding of web analytics and be able to determine measurable outcomes and return on investment
• Provide ongoing updates to account teams of industry trends, issues, and best practices.
• Write and present experience debriefs, touch point maps, customer journeys —provide solutions to support key marketing initiatives.
• Support client presentations and business development efforts with strategic thinking, research and analysis.
• Develop, or assist in the development of creative briefs.
• Possess an engaging presence with the ability to back up your research.
• Have the ability to identify the trends and technology shaping the future of consumer behavior and be able to understand how these trends may influence future consumer behavior.
Job Requirements:
• 5-8 years of digital agency or digital marketing consulting experience
• Demonstrated ability to conduct senior-level interviews and facilitate group discussions/working sessions
• Excellent communication skills required, with the ability to write succinctly, while still being engaging
• Frequent travel may be required.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent military experience
