The Sr. Analyst, Multiplatform Analytics is responsible for creating and sharing compelling multiplatform insights on Telemundo Enterprises’ digital and social properties. This role requires a data-driven individual capable of drawing actionable intelligence to inform and optimize our multiplatform content strategy.
The Sr Analyst will work directly with several digital programming teams to provide high-impact analysis to drive growth and engagement among our digital & social audiences. He/she will also be a part of a cross functional research team that provides digital and social insights to our linear programming and consumer marketing teams. Communication, passion, drive, and analytical prowess are key characteristics that will help the individual thrive in this environment.
Over time, this role should increasingly inform the company’s digital and social content strategy.
Responsibilities
• Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly topline reports on traffic, video streaming and social engagement
• Synthesize data findings to create recommendations for digital editorial teams to develop content & video strategy
• Partner with linear research team to provide cross-platform reporting and insights, focusing on digital & social audience behavior in relation to TV show content.
• Be the expert on how our users engage with our content on digital and social platforms
• Create quarterly deep-dive analyses on individual properties to monitor pacing to goal and changes in cross platform user behavior.
• Establish & maintain clear, insightful reporting on the key performance metrics & strategies.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from four year University or College.
3-4 years’ experience in research, analytics and digital measurement.
Skills and Abilities:
• Required expertise in Omniture, Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Facebook Insights or other digital measurement tools
• Experience with Nielsen a plus
• Exposure to social/video measurement tools (Social bakers, Shareablee, Tubular, Crowdtangle)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Able to work independently and with good judgment
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines
• Spanish language fluency preferred– verbal and written
• Strong typing, proofreading and editing skills
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
• Must be willing to work at the office in Miami, FL or New York, NY
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
