Responsibilities
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
● In collaboration with the Manager of Helpdesk Support Systems, support with the implementation of different technologies across the department to ensure the team is performing against department targets
● Perform administration tasks in CRM and applications
● Recommend software or applications that will help us better manage our Helpdesk Team
● Recommend innovative ways to utilize existing software and applications
● Maintain the production environments related to helpdesk support, including development and customizations of the systems.
● Ensure that all applications are maintained and remain operational to support clients and business needs
● Ensure that applications and service processes and outputs are error free to avoid downtime for clients support portals and Helpdesk agents
● Participate in projects assigned by the Manager of Helpdesk Support Systems
● Attend team meetings as needed
Qualifications
● University Degree/College Diploma or commensurate with experience
● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in web development would be an asset (i.e., HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, etc.).
● Knowledge of Learning Management Systems would be an asset
● Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
● An expert in English grammar with the ability to evaluate written communication for clarity, conciseness, and coherence
● High level of attention to detail and accuracy
● Demonstrated ability to work with both internal and external clients
● The ability to multitask and work on multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines within a fast paced environment
