Job Summary:
This internship provides an opportunity to work with sales & marketing teams to serve clients and generate revenue for Clear Channel Outdoor. Primary responsibilities include collaborating, assisting and working with the marketing team to generate new sales, maintain existing relationships, and grow the Clear Channel brand and reputation. Intern will also research potential clients and sales opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist with research gathering for proposals and marketing materials.
• Help maintain and update the Dropbox folders for sales & marketing; migrate materials form the shared drive.
• Work with RML to gather materials to develop case studies.
• Work with Marketing Assistant to help construct campaign recaps.
• Assist with daily photo processing.
• Migrating and organizing materials from shared drive to Dropbox account.
• Update descriptions on photo sheets on Seek.
• Manage community facing, good will projects.
• Prepare proposals for AEs, develops maps, and utilizes appropriate software to complete proposals.
• Deliver proof of performance (POP) to clients.
• Job shadow Marketing team, AEs and Sales Assistants, Charting team to learn their roles and processes.
• Complete online AE training in addition to on-the-job learning.
• Completes other duties as assigned or requested by the Regional Marketing Leader
Job Qualifications:
Education
• 4-year college degree in progress. Open to students in or starting their senior year.
• 3.0+ GPA.
Work Experience
• Interest in business-to-business sales or pursuing a marketing / sales / advertising degree
Skills
• Strong organizational / time management skills; detailed oriented.
• Collaborative and professional style with the objective of building strong relationships with diverse customer groups and vendors that generate sales.
• Self-starter with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibility.
• Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills including delivering effective presentations.
• Able to complete required math calculations (e.g., multiply, divide, rate, ratio, percent, produce / interpret bar graphs).
• Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and social media platforms.

Other Requirements
• Internship length varies – 10-12 weeks for Summer, 12-14 weeks for Fall / Spring terms; temporary role.
