Responsibilities
The primary function of the GolfNow Cares Specialist is to field incoming calls, assess the needs of our golf course partners, create a case inside of our CRM, and route the partner to the correct team within our support department. Our specialists acquire knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures in the golf industry and computer technology. In addition, this position will assist in daily operations and system support for golf course partners. There is also possibility for expansion/specialization through different levels of internal certifications.
Job Duties
Provide excellent telephone and email Support in a fast paced and high volume environment
Log all issues in CRM package to manage work flow and for future knowledge base reference
Collaborate with teammates, requesting help or offering help to others in team environment
Utilize experiential learning to increase knowledge of both the industry and technology
Show initiative by making product suggestion or noting improvements in internal processes
Become an expert in our Support team’s roles and technology platforms to properly route our partners
Become an expert in use of GolfNow Central, GolfNow’s management software that powers the tee time inventory and information provided on GolfNow.com
Consistently hit metrics defined by cases closed, client surveys, and inbound/outbound calls
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Intermediate Microsoft office and Excel skill level
Minimum of 1 year experience (including Internships) in a fast-paced corporate environment
