Description
As the Americas Web & eCommerce Manager, you play a key role in the business success of the US, Canadian, Mexican and Brazilian ecommerce sites. You will also work to ensure key metrics of non-commerce sites are met, including identifying LATAM expansion. This is a hands-on role. Success requires working effectively across divisions, roles and organizations including Field Marketing, UX/Design, Product Management/Marketing, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Store Operations, Affiliate Marketing, and Channel Sales.
As an innovative, results-driven eCommerce professional with a strong customer focus with a proven track record of significant sales & subscription growth, you will be responsible for
• outstanding experience in the optimize of store/website conversion and drive revenue & seats
• identify & execute innovative solutions to support in-country business requirements opportunities such as strategic promotions, online store expansion, & site merchandising
• relevant eCommerce and online experience in the local markets in the Americas
• testing and optimization for Americas corporate digital properties and eCommerce business
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• 6-8 years plus of e-Commerce and web/direct marketing experience, including a track record of testing (A/B and multivariate)
• A proven history of meeting significant growth targets in the region
• Experience of driving high-impact projects - excellent project management skills, managing timelines/expectations, prioritization, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
• Curious self-starter—always wondering what makes people tick? Do you like constant motion and getting things done?
• Solid communication (both written and verbal) and business skills.
• Demonstrated success in working and influencing cross-functionally.
• Working effectively across global time zones
• Flexible- willing and able to adapt to change quickly.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Any additional languages (Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, and French Canadian) are a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
OPTIMIZE STORE PERFORMANCE TO ACHIEVE GROWTH GOALS
• Manage test strategy, architecture, execution and results reporting
• Manage the online store and corporate website creative executions. Work with in-house creative & UI agencies to create page design and content (copy and images)
• Work with analytics team/partner to ensure accurate tracking & reporting
• Manage localization for promotions, tests, product launches and other projects
• Led and execute the key promotions, A/B & multivariate tests, product launches, and other strategic projects that directly impact sales and conversion
• Manage site content development, edits, sign-off by various internal stakeholders
• QA promotions, product launches, and other projects before go-live
PROMOTION CREATION & EXECUTION
• Manage and execute the localization of in-country promotions, tests, and generate reports that impact optimization and future performance
• Responsible for final creative briefs
• Work with agencies to create promotional content if needed
• QA promotions and other projects before go-live.
• Ensure final execution adheres to global strategy and project goals
COMMUNICATION & SCHEDULING
• Contribute to quarterly update decks
• Manage Americas online repository
• Liaise with the Marketing Associate to

◦ Maintain Promotion calendar
◦ Maintain the site merchandising calendar
