The PVTC Channel Care Associate works closely with the Supervisor, Channel Care, Channel Sales Managers, Channel Sales Associates, Channel Quality & Security, Capacity Management Group, Program Management and other internal groups within Pearson VUE to provide a high-level of support to the PVTC test centers, facilitate relationships, and provide management of accounts with key test center channel partners.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
PVTC Channel Care and Account Management
• Respond to and facilitate needs of test centers in all aspects of test delivery
• Provide account maintenance to resolve any internal customer requests pertaining to the PVTC channel
• Liaison between the business and the test center channel partner to help ensure compliance with Pearson VUE requirements
• Support PVTC site availability requests
PVTC Channel Maintenance
• Document processes as defined
• Review current processes and recommend changes
• Proactive approach to ensure we are meeting our obligation to test centers partners
Qualifications
Required Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Extensive customer support experience
• Competence in MS Office including Word and Excel
Preferred Experience
• Knowledge of Pearson VUE applications
• Experience in analysis, documentation, and reporting
• Experience in Channel Sales/Channel Test Centers highly preferred
