You will join Global Sales Operations which is part of Autodesk’s Worldwide Sales and Services organization, a 2000+ person team that values professional development and rewards high performance. What You Would Do Day-to-Day
• Contribute to a positive working environment and maintain positive relationships with staff and vendors
• Manage complex, busy calendars; coordinate business travel and itineraries
• Provide administrative and clerical support including tasks such as coordinating expense reports, filing, copying, ordering supplies, setting up new hires
• Plan and coordinate small meetings and events, prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and monitor action items
• Gather information to help prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials

The Basic Job Requirements
• 3+ years administrative or executive secretarial position in corporate setting
• Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures
• Exceptional follow-through and organizational abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, along with SharePoint, Lync, web-conferencing and telepresence.
• Proven ability to manage small projects, work under pressure, and consistently make deadlines
• Able to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality
• Abundant flexibility, determination and ability to stand up to strong personalities
• Able to work non-standard, flexible work hours as required
• Technically savvy
