The Role
We seek an experienced and results-driven Experience Design (UX) Manager in Tel Aviv for our AutoCAD Mobile product group. AutoCAD is a leading design software used by millions of customers around the world. Here in Autodesk Tel Aviv, we are building AutoCAD Mobile for iOS and Android.
It's been downloaded over 20 million times and is regularly featured by Apple and Google.
How You’d Spend Your Day
• Manage and mentor an experience design team that is working on the UI, UX and user research for AutoCAD Mobile
• Focused on creating an amazing drafting experience for our customers, constantly improving business results and addressing customer pains.
• Active role as a leadership team member, affecting the product roadmap by leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer data, industry trends and company guidelines
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, user research to ensure a fast-paced and high quality product development process
• Align with other global design teams across Autodesk to make sure we deliver a cohesive and industry leading customer experience

Job Requirements
• BA/BS or equivalent; Masters preferred
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in user experience design or related field
• Comprehensive understanding of all user experience disciplines (UI, UX, research, analytics etc.), best practices, and principles.
• At least 2 years managing UX and working as part of a product leadership team.
• Fluent in current product development methodologies & trends, such as Agile or Lean UX
• Strong design portfolio with examples of well-thought out interactions and clear visuals across mobile applications.
