This role will report directly to our SVP, Partnerships & Local Activation and also assist our VP, Strategic Partnerships. This role will be responsible for performing basic administrative duties that contribute to the team’s overall efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Calendar management
• Schedule and manage travel arrangements
• Setup and prepare for internal/external meetings
• Complete & submit expense reports
• Assist with Event Hospitality for iHeartMedia events which includes guest list management, event activation coordination, etc. for the team.
• Manage and upkeep master list of contacts for team
• Help with project management on team's partner marketing campaigns which includes the following:
◦ Partner outreach
◦ Securing partner Marketing placements
◦ Researching partner news daily
◦ Developing creative – working design team and copy writing
◦ Building and managing media barter
◦ Tracking and reporting measurements
◦ Building Recap presentations
Qualifications:
• Experience working as an EA, Coordinator or PM
• Excellent proficiency in MS Outlook + MS Suite
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism in interactions with all levels of staff
• Flexibility to reprioritize
• Highly organized
• Proactive
• Multi-tasker
