This role implements the logistics of the instructor led or virtual led learning plan. Attention to detail is required for this position and strong planning skills. This role works closely with the program sponsor/vendor, project team lead, and Learning Implementation Specialist or other identified contact to ensure agreed-upon learning logistics, registration and reporting needs are met for the instructor. Provides administrative support to the L&D team for leadership programmes to include scheduling and planning of assessments (i.e. 360 or other skill identification tool), to include debriefs and other coordination as required. This role works closely with the Learning Implementation Specialist and other key roles within L&D.
Qualifications
• Review demand and manage training schedules
• Organize cohorts based on applicable time zones and learning levels
• Coordinate pre-work
• Manage enrollment/waitlisting and manager approval using LMS
• Source venues & trainers
• Organise catering, equipment, facilities with local admin staff
• Manage Course cancellations as needed including cancelling logistics, trainers and notifying delegates/registrants
• Track and report on attendance and no-shows
• Provide delegate lists to external Instructors
• Train internal instructors on how to manage delegate lists using LMS
• Mark live sessions complete
• Track and report on completion rate of Level 1 evaluations
• Strong collaboration with Learning Facilitators/Instructors or other Learning professionals to co-ordinate solution delivery.
• Requires flexible approach to work to enable global and virtual communication across multiple timezones.
• Coordinating the logistics for instructor led and virtual led course delivery/implementation based on learning implementation plan.
• Learning support.
• Communication as dictated by learning programme.
• Manage license requests.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
