Our Australian Schools Division is looking to appoint two experienced and results focused individuals to the position of Key Account Manager. These positions are based in Victoria and Queensland.
Reporting into the National Primary Sales Manager, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving Pearson sales to deliver revenue growth through continued increased market share.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop sales strategies aligned with the strategic direction of Pearson and local business objectives
• Manage and deliver the Sales and Gross Margin Targets as determined by the regional business plan.
• Research and develop sales channels and new opportunities in the region.
• Develop goals to strengthen market position and improve profitability
• Drive the vision for the sales of all Pearson products and services.
• Maintain a solid understanding of the market trends and customer needs
Qualifications
• Proven sales experience.
• Current driver’s license
• Ability to travel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Previous industry experience in education will be highly regarded
