OVERVIEW OF ROLE
This position provides complete support to organization by being a marketing assets expert. Positions controls all marketing collateral flowing through the affiliates sales department. Will support the brand directors to execute partnership marketing. Works fairly independently, receiving a minimum level of detailed supervision and guidance. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills are necessary as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced changing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support department in efforts of managing all marketing collateral. Work directly with the brand to create and secure marketing materials: one sheets, cross channels, short form, images for client needs, premiums and event materials.
• Work with network distribution and distribution finance team to manage relationships with regional MVPDs.
• Assist department in creating and managing sales presentations. Proficient in PowerPoint, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Work with brand directors to execute marketing partnerships: sweepstakes management, LAS event materials, social tool kits, legal approvals.
• Manage the external relationships to traffic cross channels: CAD, Extreme Reach.
• Execute and track all contractual marketing for AMCN Networks.
• Ability to work with Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create design requests and manipulate images for resize requests.
• Work with Affiliate Sales Research Coordinator to track affiliate marketing campaigns and assist in development of reports to network marketing departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Five to seven years work experience.
• College degree required with an emphasis in marketing, business, or economics.
• Broad knowledge of company organization, policies and practices.
• Excellent knowledge, with proven experience, of Microsoft Office applications, Power Point and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy.
