AEG Live is also the largest producer of music festivals in North America from the critically acclaimed Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival to Stagecoach Country Music Festival and New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.
The Office Manager supports departmental operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff, including managing meeting and conference room schedules, ensuring the office has proper supplies, and controlling department correspondence.
Essential Duties:
1. Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requests; and monitoring clerical functions.
2. Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems and equipment procurement including repair of machinery and equipment.
3. Prepares and reviews operational reports and schedules to ensure department accuracy and efficiency.
4. Analyzes internal processes and recommends and implements procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or record retention.
5. Monitors budgets for department in regards to supplies, events, and executive travel.
6. Provide administrative support for executives as needed including expense reports, managing calendars, planning travel.
7. Work with accounting department for budgeting, expense reports, and various department costs throughout the year.
Required Qualifications:
1. A minimum education level of: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree (4-year)
Area of Study:
2. Years of related work experience: 3 – 5 years’ experience
3. Strong communication skills including telephone etiquette and customer service skills
4. Previous experience in budget management
5. Music industry experience preferred
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word), and ability to learn required business systems.
7. Strong knowledge of office operations, including systems and equipment maintenance
8. Prior experience supervising or leading teams
9. Ability to prioritize competing priorities and make sound decisions
10. Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
11. Project management experience is a preferred
