REPORTS TO: Creative Talent Manager
SUMMARY:
The Creative Talent Management Coordinator supports and collaborates with the Creative Talent team including the DreamLearning Supervisor. The purpose of the role is to ensure that the department runs smoothly and efficiently by providing support in a variety of areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide administrative support to the department:
• Transcribe notes related to casting
• Organize talent information
• Maintain effective filing systems
• Schedule and coordinate meetings
• Prepare and track expense reports
• Answer phones when needed
• Update and prepare support documentation for meetings
• Order office supplies
• Help to develop systems and processes to keep the department organized and efficient
• Collaborate and provide support for Education and Artistic Initiatives and Events under the direction of the DreamLearning Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• A career interest in Animation Production Support will make the position more fulfilling
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and efficient
• Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization
• Extremely trustworthy and capable of handling confidential documents and information with discretion and tact
• Extensive experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Adobe Photoshop skills would be a plus)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
