As a member of the Global Marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives throughout Latin America. This position requires experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, excellent communications skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally on all initiatives. You will be located in São Paulo and reporting into Head of Consumer Marketing, Latin America.
What you’ll do:
• Responsible for implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple markets, special focus on digital marketing
• Management of project calendars, timelines, and budgets
• Development of all creative assets in collaboration with internal brand / creative team and / or agencies
• Work closely with global marketing teams to adapt global initiatives for individual markets
• Work closely with the analytics and insights team to analyze quantitative to track and measure all activities
• Maintain ongoing overview of programs, tracking all activities and keeping internal stakeholders informed
Who you are:
• A self-starter, team player, over-communicator with a few years of experience of experience working in consumer marketing /digital space. Agency experience a plus
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task, work cross-functionally, and manage multiple stakeholders in multiple timezones
• You understand digital culture, mobile, and social platforms as well as competitive digital music landscape
• You exhibit curiosity, proactively solve problems, and get things done with a positive attitude
• You have excellent business writing, presentation and organizational skills
• You are proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Google products; Adobe Design Suite/Photoshop knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English is is mandatory and Spanish, desirable
