Associate Asset Producer
EA’s Content & Digital Strategy group is looking for an Associate Asset Producer to join the team and eventually grow into the role of Asset Producer. Reporting to the Asset Producer, you’ll be an integral player in the creation & distribution of AAA Marketing assets. Applying your expertise in organization, communication, and problem solving, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the on time, on budget creation & delivery of trailers, screenshots, & a myriad of other types of assets. You’ll develop strategies and tactics that improve asset creation workflows & foster best in class communication across teams.
Associate Asset Producer responsibilities include tracking master asset schedules, tracking costs, opening & tracking PO’s, communicating asset delivery timelines & changes, new asset requests, vetting and hiring external vendors, producing logistics for live action shoots, game capture shoots, and trafficking assets internally and externally pre & post launch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Spearheading communication regarding asset status & delivery timing across the company and cross functional teams.
• Following up on the above when needed.
• Tracking all approvals with internal and external stakeholders
• Vetting and hiring external vendors.
• Tracking the master asset schedule for the video team.
• Tracking notes and asset requests.
• Tracking invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Producing logistics for live action shoots including:
◦ Location permits, equipment rentals, budget requirements, travel, etc.
• Overseeing and maintaining the studio equipment room and livestream set.
• Ordering food for teams (when needed) during crunch periods.
• Keeping direct contact with IT and Facilities to make sure that DC&S team's requests are handled in a timely manner.
• Point of contact for the EA localization team, localization done in and out of house, and final hand off to clients and DAM uploads/stitching when necessary.
• QC-ing every asset delivered for quality. (delivery specs, spelling errors, etc.)
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
• Minimum 4 year college degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a producing, project management, or post production supervisor type of role.
• Experience as a project manager or dept. coordinator.
• Very technically savvy.
• Creative, curious, and relentless problem solver.
• Experience producing live action content.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent project organization skills.
• Prudent decision maker.
• Ability to quickly make decisions while weighing all stakeholders needs.
• Stays cool and keeps priorities in mind even under near constant changing requirements and deadlines.
