The Team
You’ll be working in Autodesk’s Data, Analytics and Automation organization, responsible for empowering Autodesk with data and technology. We’re an experienced group of operations & data professionals working across a host of functions worldwide. Responsibilities
• Support VP-staff in the Digital & eCommerce group
• Manage and maintain calendars
• Assist with business travel arrangements, (including some international) itineraries, and expense reports
• Plan and coordinate events and meetings on and offsite, including preparation of meeting materials, logistics and food
• Maintain email aliases, distribution lists and shared directories
• Provide meeting support, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, internal departments and outside vendors to effectively coordinate activities and collaborate on special projects
• Take the lead on new employee set-up, ensuring desk, hardware… are ready to go on day 1

Job Requirements
• Clear written and verbal communication

• Basic PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
