The Production Manager coordinates shoots and provides logistic and administrative support while complying with the budgetary framework. He/she works closely with producers.
Main Accountabilities:
• Implement and apply production objectives.
• Supervise and coordinate production steps.
• Manage the budget.
• Track contracts (UDA, etc.).
• Negotiate with suppliers and track billing.
• Monitor expense reports, bills and petty cash.
• Coordinate production, meeting and rehearsal schedules.
• Manage the production calendar.
Working Conditions and Requirements:
• At least five years’ experience as a production manager of a daily show in a studio, an asset
• Completed college diploma
• Production-related administrative and clerical work experience
• Proficiency in French, both verbal and written
• Excellent ability to work under pressure, to meet tight deadlines and to work on several projects simultaneously
• Autonomous and meticulous
• Strong organizational, priority management and time management skills
• Strong teamwork skills
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
