Leadership and Organizational Development Analyst
Reporting to the Executive Director, L&OD, this position concentrates on supporting L&OD team in the execution of learning program offerings, Organization Development Initiatives, summarizing and analyzing data, creating learning program calendars and other materials, and providing coordination support to the team.
Technical & Analytical Activities
• Take a lead in creating and maintaining L&OD scorecard (detailed overview of number of programs offered, number of participants, programming mix, and evaluation data)
• Support talent management activities/data capture across all of Global talent work areas – including talent management, employee programs, etc.
• Support vendor management activities, including technical trouble shooting (Lynda.com, Harvard ManageMentor, and Rosetta)
• Post and maintain data within the Sony Pictures Entertainment Employee Development (SPEED) SharePoint site
• Set up courses in Learning Management system & manage overall enrollment process
• Provide technical support for LMS as needed
• Check and reply to L&OD mailbox, including inquiries related to our learning offerings
• Launch session evaluation surveys and summarize data to include in quarterly scorecard
• Engage in development of new processes or enhancements of existing processes related to overall department workflows
Coordination Activities
• Maintain L&OD program calendar used to market sessions
• Manage all logistics for sessions:
◦ Order items from the print shop for sessions
◦ Order catering for sessions, arrange for AV services for sessions as needed, and coordinating room set up for session with facilities
◦ Print and prepare session materials (sometimes involves mailing materials)
• Manage scheduling for in-person sessions and meetings that require high touch executive management (e.g., Ivy Sessions)
Qualifications
• Extremely detailed oriented and organized. Can handle large volumes of complex information
• A desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced, innovative team
• Comfort with technology/systems, including SharePoint, Learning Management System, and Workday
• Comfort with managing large amounts of data in Microsoft Excel
• Comfort with ambiguity with an understanding of when to push for needed detail
• Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes in priority and/or direction easily
• Self-starter, who proactively identifies gaps and structures actions to address
• Strong problem solving skills as well as an appetite for troubleshooting
• Effectively analyze, present, communicate and exchange information to facilitate process development.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Must be able to do pivot tables, view look up, etc.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience at Coordinator level
