Job Summary
| Major goals and objectives.
The Project Manager maintains and manages schedules; ensures that creative briefs, internal reviews, presentations, comments and approvals are adhered to or revises schedules accordingly. This position facilitates team communication between the Account Directors, Production Directors, Creative Director (and team), Campaign Management / Analytics Director; collaborates with MXM Operations Head and Production Director to troubleshoot and problem solve every stage of Development and Production. The Project Manager oversees a mix of MXM accounts and manages Digital Content projects across creative/data/analytics from the creative brief to reporting of campaign results through MXM teams.

Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results
25% - Maintains and distributes all project schedules on assigned accounts and develops holistic schedules to be reviewed weekly with each MXM department head (creative, production, client service, analytics).
25% - Implements internal approval process by routing for review: concepts, copy, images, page layouts, proofs, campaign reports, schedules. Monitoring of project artifacts through the creation, development, review and approval process.
10% - Stays on top of all project details: client requests, creative and campaigns, specs, delivery, etc.
10% - Follows-up with Account Director on the creative brief and set the team kick-off meeting on assigned accounts. Support scoping and estimates of new projects
5% - Schedules team creative review meetings to review concepts prior to client presentations (schedules will differ based on client/project requirements).
5% - Maintains and informs weekly status reports. May provide daily alerts, with hot sheets, outlining deliverables and responsible parties on assigned accounts.
5% - Facilitates internal team status meetings on assigned accounts.
5% - Implements efficiencies in work process along with Group Account Director to communicate daily with team members to meet necessary deadlines. Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans
5% -Follows-up with Production, Designers, Imaging, Account Management, Campaign Management and Analytics to ensure that costs and assumptions are being collected and forwarded to Business Management. Informs Group Account Director daily in order to forecast who/what is necessary to meet the schedule and identify human resource needs.
5% - Supports change orders issued/distributed by the Account Directors

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements| All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
Experience:
Three to Five years related project management.
Working knowledge of the creative, campaign management processes.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, good team communication skills essential.
Ability to apply in-depth knowledge of project management practices relating to direct marketing.
