Job Description
What Does the Ideal Candidate Looks Like?

Responsibilities:
• Lead customer engagement segmentation, communication strategy, planning, and optimization across assigned titles
• Create segments and lists, target specific consumer groups, and drive engagement with highly targeted messaging campaigns across owned and external media efforts.
• Build out customer journeys for the various aspects of the lifecycle directly within the CRM Toolset.
• Work to both plan the strategic communication and the actual execution of the program and lifecycle frameworks, ensuring quality deliverables
• Plan out needed personalization and dynamic content for all portions of the campaign across multiple channels
• Structure A/B and/or multivariate tests to optimize campaigns
• Identify industry trends and opportunities for innovation with the direct marketing space
• Be a customer advocate within Ubisoft marketing, ensuring the highest quality interactions with the customer across all lifecycle channels.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of online marketing experience with demonstrated success in email marketing and online engagement programs
• 2+ years of experience in and demonstrated ability to segment and target your own lists of customers from industry standard CRM tools.
• Expertise in CRM tools required, SQL and database query knowledge a plus.
• A strong understanding of entertainment and/or video game industry required
• A strong understanding and background in marketing communication principals and best practices
• A strong understanding of direct marketing and how it can be used to drive user engagement
• Experience with and understanding of web and e-mail tracking technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, an Advanced degrees a plus.
• French language skills a plus.
