The CRM/Marketing Automation team is responsible for developing and executing user led marketing campaigns to support the business objectives of Yahoo properties and products. The CRM/Marketing Automation team leverages internal and external technology platforms to build email, push and triggered communications to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. We deliver communications to our large user base that product launch messages, user lifecycle communications, email triggers and new user welcome programs. The team is also responsible for campaign recap reporting, providing campaign learnings, and measuring the impact of CRM programs.
A Lot About You
Your Day
• Support CRM/Marketing Automation Managers on executing campaign blueprints for all user segment programs and channel types
• Ownership of the setup, maintenance, and quarterly review of recurring and triggered email communications
• Maintain a current understanding of CRM/email marketing best practices and apply them to the execution of campaigns
• Partner with the engineering teams to understand the data requirements to implement successful lifecycle/trigger campaigns.
• Consult with marketing team and data engineers to develop user targeting approaches
• Implement testing plans and report results
• Create campaign dashboards and provide quarterly roll-up reports
You Must Have
• Current undergraduate or graduate enrollment, graduating in December 2017 or May / June 2018
• Strong academic performance (minimum GPA 3.5)
• Preferred majors: Marketing, Advertising, Business Communications, other related majors
• A sense of humor
